Tuesday Coed Recreational Sports Conditioning - Running Group

After seeing how everyone enjoyed running in the ING half-marathon this weekend, I decided to try and put together a fun run here in South Miami/Grove.

Local Meeting Point is at Team Footworks on Sunset Dr. across from Sunset Place every Tuesday at 6:45pm

There are 3 goals for this running club:
1) Have fun while running in a group
2) Getting in shape/Stay in shape
3) Organize fun run groups into local 5k, 10k races

When I say a "Fun Run" club, that's just what I mean. So we will have a 3.8 mile & 5 mile run set aside for those who aren't into long distance past 2 miles. The end of the run will be set each week at a different bar or the same bar between South Miami or Coconut Grove.

Anyone interested in putting a run together is encouraged and will have our support for it. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
